This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application provided by Daishu VPN (the “App,” “Service,” or “we”) handles personal information. We process data only where necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, session duration, and approximate location. This information is used to recommend suitable Daishu VPN routes, diagnose connection quality, improve stability through anonymized aggregates, and send necessary service, security, or account notices.

We transmit anonymized or aggregated data only to necessary service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance measurement, and product improvement. We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only where required by law, necessary to protect users, or with contracted service providers bound by confidentiality duties. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through your device’s standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the service term and a reasonable grace period afterward. To cancel your account or request deletion of your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. We use physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to reduce unauthorized access risks.

This Privacy Policy may be updated for regulatory, product, or business reasons. Please review this page periodically. Continued use after an update is published means you accept the revised policy.
