This agreement is a legal contract between you and Daishu VPN (the “Service Provider”) regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the “App”).
By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, related marks, interface, and content belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or pricing and will communicate material changes in an appropriate manner. You are responsible for protecting your device, account, and password; jailbreaking, rooting, or bypassing system security may cause app failure or security risks.
The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those components is also subject to the relevant third-party terms and privacy rules.
Service availability depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by device arrears, data limits, carrier failures, weak signal, regional restrictions, or user-side network conditions. Mobile data and roaming charges are your responsibility.
Users are responsible for their own conduct. Service interruptions caused by battery depletion, system restrictions, third-party platform rule changes, or user configuration errors are not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route and node information, but some data depends on third parties or real-time network conditions and may not always be complete. The App may release updates to maintain compatibility and security, and you agree to install current versions when needed.
Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: All software sales are final and non-refundable. Once a software license key or access to a digital product has been provided, refund requests will no longer be accepted.
Product Evaluation: We encourage users to evaluate the Service through available free access, trial usage, or demos before purchasing a paid plan.
Customer Support: If you experience connection, account, or client issues, please contact support first so we can help troubleshoot.
Technical Issues: In rare cases, technical issues may affect your ability to use our software as intended. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly. However, this does not entitle you to a refund.
Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if software license keys or digital product access are found to have been shared, resold, or used without authorization.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
